How to hire us
You can bring Scroll expertise to your project quickly and easily. We provide specialist services for projects inside and outside IR35 and our brilliant core team deals with contracts and security checks.
Procure our services for government
If you’re thinking about using Scroll’s services for government or public sector work, you can find us on:
G-Cloud (opens new tab)
DOS (opens new tab)
Communications Marketplace (opens new tab)
Feel free to give us a call – we can run you through options that work for other clients.
See our full list of services for government on DOS (opens new tab).
Other procurement frameworks
We’re also on a number of other frameworks, including PSR/Alexander Mann (on the Fieldglass platform).
How we comply with IR35
We run IR35 assessments using the government tool (CEST), proprietary tools and our own questionnaires.
We also regularly consult with tax experts, and we have tax liability cover to assess and insure our decisions.
Guidance and advice about procurement
If you want advice on procuring our services, you may want to talk to your organisation’s central procurement or commercial teams.
There’s also guidance available on GOV.UK:
G-Cloud buyers’ guide – how to buy cloud services on the Digital Marketplace (opens new tab)
how to buy through the DOS framework (opens new tab)
If your project is below a certain value threshold, you may not need to run a formal tender.
We’re happy to talk you through this, so do get in touch to discuss options.
Hire us for commercial projects
We can provide teams or individuals to work seamlessly as part of your project. No need for formality – just drop us a line.
We’re fully compliant with IR35 and have tax liability cover in place.
If we’re the right fit we can talk about the most cost-effective way for you to hire our services.
